At the January 27 open campus planning and budget hearings, the University released the latest draft of its budget for FY11. This Version 2.0 budget builds on earlier planning discussions and will be further revised over the course of the spring, before President Tony Frank takes a final budget to the Board of Governors of the CSU System for approval in June. This draft budget is built around a series of assumptions including flat enrollment and salaries, a $12 million reduction in state funding coupled with a $12 million reduction in CSU unit expenditures, and tuition increases of 9 percent for resident undergraduates and 15 percent for resident graduate students.

Comments on the budget may be forwarded to presofc@colostate.edu.
